The Perch
Named appropriately because of its magnificent position on Queenstown Hill. The Perch is the perfect place for you to see all that Queenstown has to offer
Looking out from this spectacular position you'll see the Ernslaw paddling it's way across the lake, along with Paraponters and jet-boaters. You'll also see Paragliders floating down from the Skyline Gondola, and birds eye view of golfers making their way around the Queenstown golf course. The open plan living area combines lounge, dining, and kitchen looking out to a floor to ceiling postcard picture.
